If for any reason you feel that the product(s) is not up to your standards or you simply just want to return it, our hassle free return department will process your refund once the products are back. Instructions:

·        Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) forms are provided by Nimbus9. Buyer is to completed the form and submit to support@nimbus9usa.com or fax to 413-474-6907. We will then provide authorization for return shipment. Credit memos will be issued after inspection and approval. Nimbus9 reserves the right to discontinue prepaid postage service at any time.

·        For disputed invoices, Buyer’s cooperation in providing information will enable Nimbus9 to expedite the necessary adjustments. Any damages, shortages or overages should be reported to support@nimbus9usa.com within two (2) business days of receipt. We may reject disputes if received later than two (2) business days from Buyer’s receipt of the products.
